In Victoria, the Domestic Animals Regulation 2015 requires dog owners with Dangerous Dogs to install warning signs on all entrances to the premises along with other requirements to alert and inform persons entering the property that a Dangerous Dog is being kept there. If a dog owner does not comply with these requirements, they may face large fines and other penalties for each offence.
