You receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (within Australia) if your order is at least $109.00 of eligible items. Not included the Post Insurance For Lost or Damaged Parcels - $4.90 additional fee.

Will my order be sent out TODAY?

We make every effort to have our parcels shipped the same day. Orders placed on or before 5:00 pm EST from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the Same Day. **

Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST, Weekends and Holidays will be Dispatched the NEXT Business Day! **

What if the Product/s I order is Out of Stock?

Should an item have sold out or been out of stock at the time of the order we will notify you as soon as we can with an estimated wait time or an alternative.

What if my order is not eligible for the FREE Ship, How much is the Shipping Fee?

Standard Shipping Post = $9.90

Express Shipping Post = $18.90

Additional Insurance Standard Shipping Post = $4.90

Additional Insurance Express Shipping Post = $4.90

Heavy Item Shipping Post = $25.00

Door to Door Express Post = $25.00

How many days will my order arrive?

We use Australia Post for all our orders/parcels. Our Standard Shipping Post takes 5-10 Business Days while Express Shipping Post 3-5 Business Days depending on the state you are in. **

Like most companies, we use third-party shippers and are therefore not able to control the progress of the package once it leaves us.

Any delays experienced due to Couriers or Australian post are out of our hands and as such we are unable to take responsibility for issues caused by courier delays. We will be able to provide tracking numbers and assistance to make delivery as smooth as possible for you.

You could easily track your parcel/s HERE with the Tracking Number on the Email Auspost send or Tracking Number we provide for you.

Note: Please be advise that The Dog Line is not responsible and cannot process any refund or replace the products for the parcels that was lost or damaged while on transit. We encourage everyone to please include an insurance of your postage upon check out so the parcel will be covered by Auspost directly.
