Apple Cider Vinegar - Any brand that says "Raw", "Unpasteurized" or "with the Mother"
Water
For internal use, please use these recommended standard measurements:
- 1 tsp for Small Dogs (up to 14 lbs)
- 2 tsps for Medium-size dogs (15 lbs to 34 lbs)
- 1 tbsp for Large-size dogs (35 lbs to 84 lbs)
You may add it to their food or water daily for easy consumption. Mix it with their wet foods or dilute it to more water to mask the taste.
Please DO NOT use the ACV solution if there are cuts or open wounds, because it will be very painful.
Be cautious and always supervise your dog in giving them the Apple Cider Vinegar solution whether topical or internal. Immediately stop using it if you see your dog is reacting badly.
Bacterias causes skin infections and itchiness. Apple Cider Vinegar has an antibacterial property that will reduce inflammation and balance the ph level of the skin to stop itching. Make a rinse of 1 tablespoon of ACV per 1 pint of water for your dogs after you bathe them every day.
The acidity of Apple Cider Vinegar will naturally make your dog's coat repellent to fleas and ticks.
Simply bathe your dog as normal and rinse it with a mixture of 1 tbsp of ACV per 1 pint of water.
The Apple Cider Vinegar has acids that act as an antibacterial property that will clear up ear infections. To use, mix a solution of water and ACV, 50:50 ratio that will make a 5ml of a spray bottle. Spray the solution on your dog's ears and wipe the side of the air with the cotton ball. Do it daily for one week.
ACV will soothe the irritation on paws that are infected by bacteria due to excessive licking and scratching.
Soak the paws of your pooch in two-part water to one part Apple Cider Vinegar bath for 5 minutes. Just pat dry the paws and do not rinse them.
